	Abstract: In diesem Artikel geht es um die Verwendung von Evidenzen zitierter Autoren; um (kritische) Literaturübersichten. Das Thema ist schon von andren Autoren behandelt worden – z.B. von WEBSTER und WATSON (2002) in der Zeitschrift MISQ und bei LATOUR (1987) in dem Buch "Science in Action". Erstere gehen von der Basismetapher ("root metaphor") aus, dass es sich bei referierter Literatur um objektive Fakten, um wahre Wegweiser auf Empirisches, handelt, während LATOUR annimmt, dass Literaturverweise strategisch eingesetzt werden, um den Leser für die eigene Position zu gewinnen. Hier soll anhand der Basismetapher des Gerichtssaals eine mittlere Position entworfen werden. Das Erfinden und die Rechtfertigung alternativer Basismetaphern ist von besonderer Bedeutung in der interpretativen Forschung. Von daher bietet die Darstellung unterschiedlicher Interpretationen desselben Gegenstands (Literaturreferenzen) eine einmalige Gelegenheit, "Interpretationssuche" als Forschungsmethodologie zu begreifen. Den Leserinnen und Lesern wird angeraten, die beiden genannten Interpretationen neben diesem Artikel zu lesen, um bemerken zu können, wie verschiedene Basismetaphern zu sehr unterschiedlichen Einschätzungen einer Situation führen können. Von daher wird in diesem Beitrag Sozialforschern nahegelegt, Literaturreferenzen als Sachverständigen-Gutachten für oder gegen die eigene Position zu betrachten. Der Gerichtssaal wird als eine Basismetapher dargestellt und erläutert. ; This paper is about using evidence from previous authors; literature reviews. This has already been done, for example by WEBSTER and WATSON (2002) in the journal MISQ and LATOUR (1987) in "Science in Action," but the former used the root metaphor of the previous literature being objective facts (truthful sign posts) towards empirics while LATOUR used the root metaphor of references ganging up on the reader to persuade. This paper will provide a middle road on the same topic using the root metaphor of the courtroom. Revealing and justifying alternative root metaphors is central to interpretive research. Therefore, presentation of these different interpretations of the same topic (literature reviews) provides a unique opportunity to appreciate "seeking interpretations" as a research methodology. Readers are advised to read these two other interpretations as well as this paper, noting how a different root metaphor can lead to very different appreciation of a situation. Therefore, and more specifically, this paper will argue for social inquiry researchers to adopt the root metaphor of considering literature reviews to be the calling upon expert witnesses to provide supporting or counter evidence justifying their paper's conclusion. It will present and demonstrate the courtroom as a root metaphor. ; Este artículo trata del uso de evidencias provenientes de autores previos: la revisión de literatura. Esto ya ha sido hecho, por ejemplo por WEBSTER y WATSON (2002) en la revista MISQ y LATOUR (1987) en "Science in Action" ("Ciencia y Acción", n. t.), pero el primero utilizó la metáfora central de los hechos objetivos existentes en la literatura previa, puestos como señales verdaderas, hacia lo empírico, mientras que LATOUR recurrió a la metáfora central de las referencias empleadas juntas para persuadir al lector. Este artículo proporcionará una vía intermedia acerca del mismo tópico utilizando la metáfora central de la sala de justicia. Revelar y justificar la metáfora central alternativa es básico para la investigación interpretativa. Por lo tanto, la presentación de estas diferentes interpretaciones acerca del mismo tópico (revisión de la literatura) aporta una oportunidad única para apreciar "la búsqueda de interpretaciones " como una metodología de investigación. A los lectores se les aconseja leer las otras dos interpretaciones junto con este artículo, y notar cómo una metáfora central diferente puede llevar a apreciaciones muy distintas acerca de la situación. Por tanto, y más específicamente, este artículo argumentará por la adopción de la metáfora central por parte de los investigadores sociales al considerar que revisión de la literatura está a llamada a ser testigo experto que proporciona apoyo o evidencias en contra de las conclusiones de sus artículos. Se presentará y demostrará la sala de juicios como una metáfora central.
