Abstract:
`titreb Revitalisation linguistique : enjeux sociaux et nouvelles directions de recherche. Une postface `/titreb Dans cet article, il s’agit de proposer une discussion des textes proposés dans ce dossier sur les mouvements militants en faveur des langues minoritaires à la lumière de la sociolinguistique critique, qui s’y est peu intéressée. Je propose d’abord de mettre en regard ces travaux avec les miens au Nicaragua, avant d’explorer les contextes de recherche dans lesquels ils s’inscrivent : Irlande, Nicaragua et Provence. Cette mise en regard me permet de souligner l’importance de ces textes. Enfin, je propose d’explorer certaines des implications qui émergent de la juxtaposition des articles de ce numéro. ; In this paper, I propose a discussion of the texts presented in this issue of Langage & Société on minority language revival movements, based on a critical approach to critical sociolinguistics. In the first section, I muse a little on the sources of resonances and dissonances with my own work, and I consider the questions they have stimulated me to consider. I then explore further the research context into which this dossier fits, and I outline the importance of the approach adopted in all three papers. Finally, in the longest section, I explore some implications arising from the juxtaposition of the three papers.
