Abstract:
Статтю присвячено аналізові дискурсу як актуальній проблемі сучасного теоретичного мовознавства. Зроблено спробу систематизації різних потрактувань дискурсу, окреслено основні підходи щодо його ви- вчення. З’ясовано зміст понять «інституційний дискурс», «дискретний дискурс», «недискретний дискурс» «медичний дискурс». Схарактеризовано особливості медичного дискурсу як одного з видів інституційного дискурсу, а також ознаки дискретного й недискретного медичного дискурсу. Закцентовано на особливостях вторинної номінації в українському медичному дискурсі. The article is devoted to the analysis of discourse as the actual problem of modern theoretical linguistics. An attempt to systematize various interpretations of discourse outlines the main approaches to its study. The author found out the meaning of «institutional discourse», «discrete discourse»,» indiscrete discourse», «medical discourse». The author also determined features of medical discourse as a type of institutional discourse and signs of discrete and indiscrete medical discourse. The features of the secondary category in Ukrainian medical discourse are emphasized.
