	Abstract: The article deals with the problems of lexicographic presentation of concepts related with spheres of intelligence and speech. The author presents review of the dictionaries in which the concepts like “Язык”, “Речь”, “Спор”, “Разум”, “Глупость” and so on are described. The author specially considers peculiarities of the representation of such concepts in the dictionary “Concept Sphere of the Russian Language” created under the supervision by Ludmila Babenko. Also the author identifies the cognitive features which are important for aforementioned concepts and which are systematically represented in this dictionary entries. In the description of “speech” concepts, main cognitive features are the following: speaker and addressee of speech; status relationships between them; communicative situation; content of speech; speaker's goal; interaction with other speech and non-speech actions, qualities, situations; particular types of realization of speech acts, possibility of non-verbal means using. In the description of “intellectual” concepts, main cognitive features are the following: person’s ability/inability to control thinking; spheres of thinking existence and manifestation; particular types of realization of intellectual acts; reasons, motives of intellectual action and states; interaction with other intellectual and non-intellectual actions, qualities, situations. ; В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с лексикографической репрезентацией концептов, относящихся к сферам мышления и речи. Представлен обзор словарей концептов, в которых представлены концепты типа «Язык», «Речь», «Спор», «Разум», «Глупость» и под. Отдельно обсуждается репрезентация таких концептов в словаре «Концептосфера русского языка» под ред. Л. Г. Бабенко. Выявлены когнитивные признаки, важные для названных концептов и системно отражаемые в словарных статьях. При описании речевых концептов сквозными когнитивными признаками оказываются следующие: субъект и адресат речи, их статусные взаимоотношения; коммуникативная ситуация; содержание речи; цель говорящего; связь с другими речевыми и неречевыми действиями и качествами, ситуациями; конкретные разновидности реализации того или иного речевого акта; возможность использования невербальных средств выражения. При описании интеллектуальных концептов сквозными когнитивными признаками оказываются следующие: контролируемость/неконтролируемость человеком; сфера проявления, существования; конкретные разновидности ментальных действий, качеств, состояний; сферы проявления интеллектуальных качеств; причины, мотивы интеллектуальных действий, состояний; связь с другими действиями и качествами, ситуациями. ; Исследование выполнено за счет гранта Российского научного фонда (проект № 16-18-02005).
