Abstract:
International audience ; Les troubles praxiques, phonologiques et arthriques sont au cœur de la problématique orthophonique. Pourtant nous ne disposions pas d’outils cliniques permettant de visualiser la position ou le mouvement des articulateurs. En s’inspirant des travaux sur la tête parlante développée par le laboratoire GIPSA Lab, nous avons développé un outil à destination des orthophonistes permettant de travailler la conscience articulatoire afin de rendre explicites les données proprioceptives auxquels l’individu n’accède pas spontanément ou en est privé du fait d’un déficit proprioceptif ou sensitif. Le logiciel, appelé Diadolab, facilite la visualisation des articulateurs, des traits distinctifs de chaque phonème et peut apporter une aide significative dans le travail de proprioception articulatoire et d’intelligibilité de la parole, notamment pour des pathologies telles que la dyspraxie verbale, le bégaiement, la dysarthrie ou encore, le déficit auditif. Le bénéfice apporté par le travail de conscience articulatoire à l’aide de Diadolab sur l’intelligibilité de la parole chez deux enfants sourdes profondes a été évalué, dans le cadre de différents mémoires avec des résultats encourageants
