Abstract: В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты фонетической интерференции в английской речи русских учащихся в условиях неконтактного русско-английского билингвизма. Дается определение фонетической интерференции, приводятся основные причины появления отклонений от английских произносительных норм при реализации английских гласных, а также описываются наиболее типичные примеры отклонений от произносительных норм английского языка при реализации русскими учащимися английских гласных фонем и аллофонов. ; The article discusses some aspects of phonetic interference in the English speech of the Russian students in the conditions of a non-contact Russian-English bilingualism. The definition of phonetic interference is given, the main causes of deviations from the English pronunciation norms in the realization of the English vowels are shown and the most typical examples of deviations from the pronunciation norms of English in the realization of the English vowel phonemes and allophones by the Russian students are described.
