Одним из важнейших элементов выражения «национальной нормы» является национальный язык и факторы, определяющие динамику его развития. В этой связи именно национальный язык может представлять собой важнейший инструмент как внутри-, так и внешнеполитических стратегий государства (инструмент мягкой силы). Особенно остро данный вопрос стоит для отечественной политической и культурной элиты на современном этапе. Теоретические подходы к формированию системы ценностей и морально-этических ориентиров российского общества справедливо могут основываться, в известной степени, на фундаментальных постулатах основных течений русской философии XIX века, в особенности обращая внимание на концепцию «русской идеи». Важно понимать, что в этом случае национальный язык становится политическим инструментом в глобальном понимании и объективно может быть составной частью всего комплекса имиджевой политики государства. Тактика продвижения национального языка в международной среде (способы и формы) не должна носить агрессивный характер и создавать эффект давления на подсознание граждан того государства, для которых предусмотрен этот механизм. Имиджевый эффект достигается за счет соприкосновения морально-этических установок, носящих этническую, национальную окраску страны-регулятора. С другой стороны, изучение воздействия на общественное сознание иной социальной системы при помощи факторов, сопровождающих использование изучаемого лингвистического инструментария, позволяет вывести философию как систему знаний в прикладную междисциплинарную сферу, вибрирующую между различными направлениями общественных дисциплин. ; In the context of the current international situation, the most important are issues of national selfdetermination and identity. One of the most important elements of the «national norm» expression is the national language and the factors that determine its development. In this context, the national language may be an essential tool, both domestic and foreign policies of the state (the instrument of soft power). This issue is particularly acute for the national political and cultural elite at the present stage. Theoretical approaches to the formation of values and ethical guidelines of the Russian society can be based, to a certain extent, on the fundamental postulates of the main currents of Russian philosophy of the XIX century, especially paying attention to the concept of the "Russian idea". It is important to understand that in this case the national language becomes a political tool in the global sense and objective may be part of the whole complex of state branding policy. The tactics of the national language promotion in an international environment (methods and forms) must be not aggressive in nature and create a pressure effect on the subconscious of citizens of that state for which this mechanism is provided. Image effect is achieved through the common moral and ethical attitudes, wearing ethnic, national determination by the country. On the other hand, the study of the impact on the public consciousness of a social system by means of the facts surrounding the use of the studied linguistic tools, allows you to view philosophy as a system of knowledge in the interdisciplinary field of application, vibrating between the different areas of social sciences.
