Abstract:
Η παρούσα διατριβή διερευνά τις γλωσσικές πρακτικές δεκαπέντε μαθητών/τριών γυμνασίου στο Facebook. Εξετάζει τους τρόπους με τους οποίους οι εν λόγω νέοι χρησιμοποιούν τους γλωσσικούς πόρους που τους παρέχει το Facebook, για να επικοινωνήσουν μεταξύ τους. Η ανάλυση γίνεται σε τρεις διαστάσεις: τη γλωσσική από την οπτική της φωνητικής, της μορφολογίας, της σύνταξης, του λεξιλογίου και της οργάνωσης του λόγου, καθώς και της χρήσης του λατινικού αλφαβήτου και της αγγλικής γλώσσας· τη συνομιλία από την οπτική της συνοχής και της συνεκτικότητας στην ψηφιακή επικοινωνία και τέλος, την κοινωνική διάσταση, στην οποία αναλύονται οι σχέσεις γλώσσας και φύλου και με ποιους τρόπους αναδεικνύεται το κοινωνικό φύλο των μαθητών/τριών μέσα από τις γλωσσικές τους επιλογές. ... : This dissertation examines the language practices on the Facebook walls of fifteen secondary school pupils in Greece. Ιt looks at the ways in which these particular teenagers use the language resources available to them, in order to communicate online. The research is carried out at three different levels of linguistic analysis: language, from the perspective of phonetics, morphology, syntax, vocabulary, and discourse, as well as the use of the Latin alphabet and English language; conversation, where aspects of cohesion and coherence are presented and analysed; and society and language, where the relationship between language and gender are discussed, as well as the ways in which the teenagers’ gender is constructed and negotiated in their communication and language choices on Facebook. ...
