Abstract: Para o desenvolvimento de níveis superiores de proficiência comunicativa em PLNM, é crucial promover a consciência linguística da variação geográfica, social e situacional. As aprendizagens linguísticas a desenvolver devem, para isso, ter em consideração a complexidade de «regras variáveis» (Vieira, 2008). Uma oficina gramatical e tarefas de leitura exemplificam atividades metalinguísticas que podem apoiar um percurso de consciencialização do funcionamento de pronomes átonos. ; The development of high communicative skills depends on the awareness of linguistic variation, namely geographic and social variation, as well as style. Grammar teaching must, therefore, integrate the complexity of «variable rules» (Vieira, 2008). A grammar lab and reading tasks are presented as examples of metalinguistic activ-ities that may support a pathway for the awareness of the properties of clitics. ; info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion
