Abstract:
Die Geschichte der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sowie die Geschichte der Sonderpädagogik und der Sprachpädagogik/-therapie zeigen einen Wandel in der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen aus dem globalen Süden als auch mit Menschen mit Behinderung. Die Bedeutung von relationalen Emotionen hat in diesen Kontexten dabei bisher nur wenig Berücksichtigung gefunden. Der vorliegende Beitrag analysiert die Geschichte der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sowie die Geschichte der Sonderpädagogik und der Sprachpädagogik/-therapie in Hinblick auf Gemeinsamkeiten im Wandel der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen, die als "anders" und "fremd" wahrgenommen werden. Ziel hierbei ist es die Relationale Theorie, die im Kontext von Mutter-Kind-Interaktion im Bereich der Sprachpädagogik/-therapie ihren Ursprung hat (Lüdtke 2006), auf die Interaktion zwischen Kooperationspartnern in einem interkulturellen Setting zu beziehen und den Ansatz der Relationalen Interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit (RIZ) vorzustellen. Hierfür werden fünf Entwicklungstheorien aus der Geschichte der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit mit der Geschichte der Sonderpädagogik sowie mit Paradigmen der Sprachpädagogik/-therapie verwoben. Ausgehend davon und ergänzt mit eigenen Erfahrungen aus einem bi-nationalen Forschungsprojekt in Tansania wird in den Ansatz der RIZ übergeleitet.Der Beitrag verdeutlicht die Bedeutung von relationalen Emotionen in der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit. Die interkulturelle Begegnung verändert stets beide Partner. Abschließende Implikationen für den Entwurf eines Praxiskonzepts zur RIZ untermauern diesen Aspekt. ; Cooperation with people in the global south and with people with disabilities recently underwent a shift in perception within the fields of history of development cooperation as well as history of special education and speech-language pathology. Particularly, the importance of relational emotions has been only marginally considered to date, but is starting to change.In the present article, we analyse the history of development cooperation as well as the history of special education and speech-language pathology concerning commonalities in their approach towards people who are seen as "different" and "alien". The aim is to apply the Relational Theory, which has usually been described to the context of motherchild-interaction in the field of speech-language pathology (Lüdtke 2006), to the interaction between cooperation partners in intercultural settings and therefore present the model of Relational Intercultural Cooperation (RIZ). For this purpose, we connect five developmental theories of the history of development cooperation to the history of special education as well as to paradigms of speech-language pathology. Based on this and supplemented with own experiences of a bi-national research project in Tanzania we will bridge to the approach of RIZ. The article illustrates the importance of relational emotions in intercultural cooperation. The intercultural encounter changes always both partners. Finally, we sketch implications of a concept of RIZ to work in an intercultural setting.
