"Bist wo augrennt?" - eine Analyse aggressiver Sprechakte und deren Entstehungsbedingungen in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Wien

Abstract:
Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit trägt zur Erforschung eines bisher wissenschaftlich vernachlässigten Themengebiets, der verbalen Gewalt, bei. Am Beispiel der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Wien wird gezeigt, wie präsent pejorative Sprache im alltäglichen Leben ist. Im theoretischen Teil werden relevante, mit sprachlicher Gewalt in Verbindung stehende Begriffe definiert und Erklärungen und Beschreibungen zu den fünf aggressiven Sprechakten nach Havryliv (2009) angeführt. Deren möglichen, emotional verankerten Entstehungsgründe werden ebenfalls thematisiert und das Untersuchungssetting `Wiener Linien´ näher erläutert. Im empirischen Untersuchungsteil wird den Fragen nachgegangen, welche aggressiven Sprechakte in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vorkommen und welche Anlässe bzw. Illokutionen ihnen zugrunde liegen. Mittels Fragebögen wurden im Herbst/Winter 2017 Angaben von 111 Personen über beobachtete oder selbst miterlebte verbale Auseinandersetzungen erhoben. So wird im Rahmen dieser Arbeit veranschaulicht, dass alle fünf aggressiven Sprechakte (`Fluch´, `Aggressive Aufforderung´, `Beschimpfung´, `Drohung´, `Verwünschung´) in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Wien vorkommen. Neben diesen haben sich noch weitere, nicht eindeutig klassifizierbare Sprechakte, die als aggressiv empfunden wurden, gezeigt. Es bedarf daher einer Kategorienerweite-rung. Im Zuge der Interpretation der Ergebnisse wird eine Empfehlung für eine sechste Kategorie formuliert. Sowohl die häufigsten Streitanlässe als auch die am öftesten genannten Illokutionen sind im Bereich `Platz ergattern´, `Platz bewahren´ und `Platz verteidigen´ angesiedelt.
