This paper analyses the notion of the verbal aspect in Romance languages and especially, the interactions between its functioning at a morphological level and its expression at a semantic level giving examples in French and Italian. The author first wants to show how the unaccomplished / accomplished opposition characterized by the presence of the auxiliary to compound tenses makes it possible to define the verbal aspect in Romance languages. He then studies the « intra-semantic » aspect with an approach that is based both on the concept of telicity and on the theoretical principles of the psychomechanics of language of Gustave Guillaume. Finally, he examines the interactions with these two expressions of the verbal aspect by highlighting the specificities of the consequent nuances of meaning. ; Cet article présente des réflexions sur la notion d’aspect verbal dans les langues romanes et plus particulièrement, il analyse les interactions entre son fonctionnement au niveau de la morphologie et son expression au niveau du sémantisme en donnant des exemples en français et en italien. L’auteur a d’abord voulu montrer comment l’opposition inaccompli / accompli caractérisée par la présence de l’auxiliaire aux formes composées permet de définir l’aspect verbal dans les langues romanes d’aujourd’hui. Ensuite, il étudie l’aspect « intra-sémantique » avec une approche qui se fonde à la fois sur le concept de télicité et sur les principes théoriques de la psychomécanique du langage de Gustave Guillaume. Dans la dernière partie, il examine les interactions avec ces deux expressions de l’aspect en mettant en évidence les spécificités des effets de sens produits.
