Study on Team’s Collaboration Effectiveness and Cultivation of Teamwork Skills in College General Education Course
; In order to understand the effect of collaborative learning mode on cultivating college students' teamwork skills, this study conducts cross-semester research on the general science curriculum of science and social development in a national university in South Taiwan. During the nine-semester investigation and study period, the curriculum design, the place of the class, and the maximum number of students to be taught vary, and the group tasks, time and content of class discussion for the students are also adjusted. Through the observation of students' classroom discussions, classroom assignments, progress reports, and collection and analysis of group works, the performance of different courses is compared with the group performance of students in the classroom. In order to avoid deviations caused by different cross-semester grades, the progress report of five class students was selected to score the scientific knowledge content in the briefing. The results showed that: 1) Although the average scores of the semester and the scientific knowledge construction scores were high or low, the disaggregation of each group was large and there was no statistically significant difference. 2) Different curriculum design and classroom environment have no obvious influence on group scores and scientific knowledge construction scores. However, when group tasks have high discussion requirements, roundtable classrooms for discussion and sufficient classroom discussion time can help improve the overall situation. Teamwork effectiveness. 3) Classroom space configuration and class discussion time have no relevance to the construction of scientific knowledge. On the contrary, clear classroom lectures and classroom work guidance are better. It can be seen that although a good teaching scaffold helps students to get the best learning effect under different learning modes, the teamwork skills need to be given flexible time, space and opportunity to repeat the practice to change.
