Conscious Crosstalk is a method for connecting, strengthening relationships, and embracing differences while deepening understandings of content and operationalizing antiracist theory. The goal of the Conscious Crosstalk framework is to engage in conversation in ways that dismantle hegemonies by balancing and redistributing power, fostering interdependence, and practicing liberation.
