Abstract: International audience ; This article presents the course design of a critical interculturality course for future teachers at a Teaching Institute (INSPÉ) which has been in place since 2016/2017. The objective is not to propose an ideal model of a course, but to contribute to the reflection surrounding interculturality training. The two-phase practice-based course is founded on four pedagogical principles intending to favorize the development of critical thinking and reflexivity. The theoretical reflection phase is enriched by an operationalisation phase, that includes the conception of pedagogical activities which are then tested in the classroom. The evolution of the course since its conception is discussed through the insights of a research project led by the authors. ; Cet article décrit un dispositif pédagogique de formation de futurs enseignants à l’interculturalité critique en place à un INSPÉ depuis 2016/2017. L’objectif n’est pas d’en proposer un modèle idéal, mais de contribuer à la réflexion autour de la formation à l’interculturalité. Le dispositif présenté, à visée praxéologique et fondé sur quatre principes pédagogiques pour favoriser la pensée critique et la réflexivité, comprend une phase de réflexion théorique ainsi qu’une phase d’opérationnalisation à travers la conception d’activités pédagogiques qui sont mises à l’épreuve de la classe. L’évolution du dispositif depuis sa mise en place est discutée par les éclairages d’une recherche menée par les auteurs.
