Digital technology: between demythification, modelling and returns on experience ; Le numérique : entre démythification, modélisations et retours d’expérience

Abstract:
International audience ; This article proposes to resituate, in relation to the rest of the French-speaking editorial production, the four articles concerning digital technology and adult education proposed in the dossier in this issue. Three levels of lexical analysis are proposed. The first shows that these articles are mainly interested in the fact that the confrontation between digital and pedagogical issues is above all a place of injunctions or peddling of myths, and that research methods need to be reconfigured to overcome them. The second level notes that these articles stand out quite significantly from most of the other articles (87) published in the journal Éducation Permanente over the last three decades on this same theme, which are rather feedback on experiences or descriptions of technological opportunities. Finally, the third level places the journal's editorial production more broadly in relation to other corpuses. This work leads to the observation that the production of modelling is still in its infancy, caught between texts concerning a necessary demythification and others devoted to feedback or descriptions of technological opportunities. ; Cet article se propose de resituer, par rapport au reste de la production éditoriale francophone, le bouquet de quatre articles concernant le numérique et la formation des adultes proposés dans le dossier présent dans ce numéro. Trois niveaux d’analyse lexicale sont proposés. Le premier montre que ces articles s’intéressent principalement au fait que la confrontation du numérique et du pédagogique est avant tout un lieu d’injonctions ou de colportage de mythes et qu’il faut reconfigurer les méthodes de recherche pour les dépasser. Le deuxième niveau constate que ces articles se démarquent assez significativement de la plupart des autres (87) publiées dans la revue Education Permanente depuis trois décennies sur cette même thématique et qui sont eux plutôt des retours d’expériences ou des descriptions d’opportunités technologiques. Enfin le troisième niveau replace plus largement la production éditoriale de la revue par rapport à d’autres corpus. Ce travail conduit à constater que la production de modélisation est encore embryonnaire, prise en étau entre des textes concernant une nécessaire démythification et autres consacrés à des retours d’expérience ou description d’opportunités.
