Abstract:
Die zweite Level-One Studie 2018 (LEO 2018) erfasst die Lese- und Schreibkompetenzen der Deutsch sprechenden erwachsenen Bevölkerung (18-64 Jahre) und berichtet dies differenziert für die unteren Kompetenzstufen des Lesens und Schreibens – die so genannten Alpha-Levels. Die Studie schreibt die Ergebnisse der LEO – Level-One Studie aus dem Jahr 2010 fort. Die Studie umfasst eine repräsentative Stichprobe mit 7.192 befragten Personen. Das Ziel der Untersuchung ist es, die aktuelle Größenordnung des Phänomens geringer Lese- und Schreibkompetenz unter Erwachsenen zu erfassen. Stärker als die Vorgängerstudie widmet sie sich konkreten Fragen von Teilhabe, Alltagspraktiken und Kompetenzen in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen:- Digitale Praktiken und Grundkompetenzen- Finanzbezogene Praktiken und Grundkompetenzen- Gesundheitsbezogene Praktiken und Grundkompetenzen- Politische Praktiken und Grundkompetenzen- Schriftbezogene Praktiken im Kontext von Arbeit, Familie und Alltag- Lese- und Schreibkompetenz im Kontext von ... : Fragen zu Migration, Zugehörigkeit und Familie, schriftliche und nicht-schriftliche Praktiken aus den Bereichen Digitales, Gesundheit, Politik, Finanzen, Familie und Mobilität, selbsteingeschätzte Grundkompetenzen aus den Bereichen Digitales, Gesundheit, Politik, Weiterbildungsbeteiligung basierend auf dem Adult Education Survey (AES) und sozioökonomischer Hintergrundfragebogen. Themen:1. Digitale Praktiken und Grundkompetenzen: Häufigkeit von Telefonieren und Emails schreiben; Häufigkeit von Nutzung von Computer/Internet, internetfähigem Handy, Smartphone oder Tablet, Textverarbeitungsprogrammen mit/ohne Rechtschreibkontrolle, Schreiben von Kurznachrichten mit/ohne Wortergänzung, Verwendung von Emoticons, Smileys und Ausdrücken und Abkürzungen, Verfassen von Beiträgen in sozialen Netzwerken; Sprache der Kurznachrichten; Mehrsprachigkeit in Kurznachrichten; Gründe keine E-Mails zu schreiben; Häufigkeit Lesen von Beiträgen in sozialen Netzwerken; Inanspruchnahme von online Tipps zu Themen des alltäglichen ...
