Abstract:
International audience ; Gender relations often work in tandem with diverted verbal violence, one of the main characteristics of which is precisely to be, indirect, in terms of speech acts (as irony, stereotypes and clichés are), and therefore subject to a necessary secondary interpretation (Amossy 2014, Auger et al. 2008, Kerbrat-Orecchioni 1986, 2010, 2012). Thus, when a child is born, the direct assignment of a gender made to him, with regard to his sex, can already register directly as an act of indirect verbal violence "oh no! it's a girl ! ". Just by saying "it's a girl / a boy!" ", A whole world of intersecting representations between intimate and social is already taking shape for children. The way in which the child will be named, the first words which are uttered about him will already mark his destiny in a certain way by establishing a representational and projective diagram of who this child is, also according to the place where he is born, expectations of his parents, the conditions of his birth, etc. All this leads to a genealogical, historical, social and linguistic inscription, within and at the crossroads of two given families which, already, are inscribed in a pre-existing discursive system (Butler 2004). ; Les rapports de genre fonctionnent souvent de conserve avec la violence verbale détournée, dont l’une des principales caractéristiques sont précisément d’être, indirecte, en termes d’actes de langage (comme l’ironie, les stéréotypes et clichés le sont), et donc objet d’une nécessaire interprétation de second plan (Amossy 2014, Auger et al. 2008, Kerbrat-Orecchioni 1986, 2010, 2012). Ainsi, lorsqu’un enfant naît, l’assignation directe d’un genre qui lui est faite, en regard de son sexe, peut-elle déjà s’inscrire directement comme acte de violence verbale détournée « oh non ! c’est une fille ! ». Par la seule énonciation « c’est une fille/un garçon ! », tout un monde de représentations croisées entre intime et social se dessine déjà pour l’enfant. La manière dont l’enfant sera nommé, les premiers mots qui sont énoncés à son propos marqueront d’une certaine manière déjà son destin en établissant un schéma représentationnel et projectif de qui est cet enfant, en fonction aussi du lieu où il nait, des attentes de ses parents, des conditions de sa naissance, etc. Tout cela entraîne une inscription généalogique, historique, sociale et linguistique, au sein et au croisement de deux familles données qui, déjà, s’inscrit dans un système discursif préexistant (Butler 2004).
