¿Sería coser y… cantar? El papel del sonido en la memorización fraseológica en ELE

Abstract:
Para un hablante no nativo, la reproducción de la combinación de palabras que forma una expresión idiomática representa, en general, un gran reto memorístico. Entre los principales errores formales que se suelen cometer en este proceso, se encuentran los de substitución de un componente. En relación con este problema, explicaremos la relativa rigidez que caracteriza a la composición léxica de muchas expresiones españolas y la importancia de motivar desde un punto de vista cognitivo la elección restrictiva de sus componentes. Para ello, se debe resaltar la necesidad de ir más allá de la dimensión icónica-semántica mediante un enfoque estructural orientado, en particular, hacia las características fonológicas del sintagma fraseológico. En este ámbito, se contemplará también la posibilidad de adoptar un punto de vista contrastivo con la fraseología en la lengua materna de los aprendices (francés en este caso). Finalmente, mostraremos algunos límites en la aplicación de esta propuesta y en su impacto cognitivo.
