Importancia de la intervención indirecta o temprana en los casos de disfemia infantil

Abstract: El presente artículo científico se basa en un estudio de caso que pretende comprobar la eficacia e importancia de una intervención temprana e indirecta ante los casos de disfemia o tartamudez infantil. Tras profundizar en los aspectos básicos de este trastorno de fluidez (concepto, etiología, síntomas) y comentar los tratamientos existentes, se propone un plan de intervención indirecta y temprana teniendo en cuenta la anamnesis y diagnóstico previo del sujeto de 5 años de edad. La intervención se centra así en el ámbito familiar y escolar principalmente y trata de estimular y enriquecer en lenguaje oral y procesos comunicativos del niño de forma global, lúdica y no consciente para el niño (no hacerle ver su trastorno). Tras unos meses de aplicación del plan de intervención se procede a evaluar los diferentes aspectos y disfluencias del niño comparándolas con las que presentaba inicialmente. Los resultados son, a niveles generales, positivos por lo que se demuestra la hipótesis de que este tipo de intervenciones tempranas son beneficiosas y muy importantes en las primeras edades. A pesar de ello, el tratamiento debe seguir adelante y determinarse, pasados 18 meses, si la tartamudez ha remitido o se ha cronificado, en cuyo caso, se debe proceder a intervenir de forma directa sobre el habla del niño. ; This scientific article is based on a case study that aims at proving the effectiveness and importance of an early and indirect intervention in childish dysphemia or stuttering cases. After delving into the basic aspects of this fluency disorder (concept, etiology, symptoms) and commentating on the different treatments, a plan for indirect and early intervention is proposed taking into account the 5 years old patient's medical history and diagnosis. Thus, the intervention mainly focuses on family and school fields and tries to stimulate and enrich the child's oral language and communicative processes in a global and playful way, avoiding the child to aware his difficulties (not making him see his disorder). After a few months of implementation of the intervention plan, different child's aspects and disfluencies are evaluated comparing them with those that the child initially had. The results are positive in general levels, so the hypothesis that defends this type of early interventions are beneficial and very important in the early ages, is demonstrated. However, treatment should go ahead and determine, after 18 months if the stuttering has remitted or has become chronic, in which case, a direct intervention focused on child's speech should be initiated. ; El present article científic es basa en un estudi de cas que pretén comprovar l'eficàcia i importància d'una intervenció primerenca i indirecta davant els casos de disfèmia o tartamudesa infantil. Després aprofundir en els aspectes bàsics d'aquest trastorn de fluïdesa (concepte, etiologia, símptomes) i comentar els tractaments existents, es proposa un pla d'intervenció indirecta i primerenca tenint en compte l'anamnesi i diagnòstic previ de l'subjecte de 5 anys d'edat. La intervenció se centra així en l'àmbit familiar i escolar principalment i tracta d'estimular i enriquir en llenguatge oral i processos comunicatius de l'infant de manera global, lúdica i no conscient per al nen (no fer-li veure el seu trastorn). Després d'uns mesos d'aplicació de el pla d'intervenció es procedeix a avaluar els diferents aspectes i disfluències de l'infant comparant-les amb les que presentava inicialment. Els resultats són, a nivells generals, positius per la qual cosa es demostra la hipòtesi que aquest tipus d'intervencions primerenques són beneficioses i molt importants en les primeres edats. Tot i això, el tractament ha de seguir endavant i determinar-se, passats 18 mesos, si la tartamudesa ha remès o s'ha cronificat, en aquest cas, s'ha de procedir a intervenir de manera directa sobre la parla de l'infant.
