Aplicación a la evaluación del desempeño integral Martínez-Mimbrera, Francisco-Jesús. - : Jaén : Universidad de Jaén, 2016 Abstract: [ES] En esta tesis doctoral se ha desarrollado un modelo lingüístico difuso para llevar a cabo procesos de evaluación de desempeño integral o 360-grados que permite cubrir las necesidades demandadas actualmente en los procesos de evaluación de desempeño. Dicho modelo permite manejar información heterogénea representada en dominios numéricos, intervalares y lingüísticos, expresando los resultados intermedios y finales de manera lingüística para facilitar la interpretación de los mismos. Además, éste tiene en consideración el peso de los criterios y la importancia de los colectivos evaluadores para fusionar la información, considerando también la posible dependencia de los criterios evaluados para agregar las valoraciones proporcionadas, utilizando para ello operadores de agregación lingüísticos. ; [EN]In this doctoral thesis a fuzzy linguistic model, which allows covering the necessities currently demanded in the processes of performance appraisal, has been developed, in order to carry out processes of integral performance or 360-degree appraisal. That model allows managing heterogeneous information represented in numerical, interval-valued and linguistic domains, expressing the intermediate and final results in a linguistic way to facilitate their interpretation. Moreover, this model takes into account the weight of the criteria and the importance of the reviewers’ collectives in order to join the information, considering also the possible dependence of the evaluated criteria to include the assessment provided, using linguistic aggregation operators ; Tesis Univ.
