Автором перечислены педагогические условия реализации регионального компонента, охарактеризована специфика использования учебно-научных текстов краеведческой направленности и художественных произведений писателей, раскрыто содержание процесса обучения «смысловому чтению». В статье сделан вывод о том, что лексический анализ текстов, содержащих сведения об истории и культуре родного края, проектная деятельность, а также речетворческая деятельность по продуцированию устных и письменных высказываний (сочинений) способствует формированию представлений младших школьников о том, что грамотное письмо на родном языке является проявлением высокого уровня культуры. ... : The article describes the stages of organizing effective linguistic-local linguistic speech activity in the lessons of the native (Russian) language in primary school. The author lists the pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the regional component, characterizes the specificity of the use of educational and scientific texts of regional studies and literary works of writers, discloses the content of the process of teaching «semantic reading». The article concludes that the lexical analysis of texts containing information about the history and culture of the native land, project activities, as well as speech-making activities for the production of oral and written statements (essays) contributes to the formation of the ideas of primary schoolchildren that literate writing in their native language is a manifestation of a high level of culture. ...
