Abstract:
Актуальность (контекст) тематики статьи. Речевое развитие выступает ключевым фактором академической успешности обучающихся. Чтение и письмо как виды речевой деятельности являются метаязыковыми компетенциями, обеспечивающими у обучающихся всех уровней образования усвоение содержания учебных дисциплин, коммуникацию и влияющими на дальнейшую социализацию. Поэтому вопросы своевременной массовой диагностики нарушений речевого развития современных детей приобретают большую актуальность. В статье рассматривается отечественный и мировой опыт диагностики речевых нарушений, в том числе использования скринингов оценки рисков речевого и психологического развития; анализируются изменения в системе диспансерного логопедического наблюдения детей, произошедшие в России за последние 10 лет, описываются модели психолого-педагогического сопровождения детей с нарушениями речи.
