	Abstract: 體育學系 ; 本研究目的旨在探討高高屏國小教師休閒參與與人際關係之現況、不同背景變項在休閒參與與人際關係的差異情形，並探討休閒參與與人際關係的相關情形。本研究方法採問卷調查法，以「高高屏國小教師休閒參與與人際關係量表」為研究工具，針對高高屏國小教師按比例分層方式進行抽樣。共發出問卷數820份，回收問卷數772份，有效問卷數762份，有效回收率93%。問卷資料以SPSS For Windows 12 0 版，以t檢定、單因子變異變分析、薛費爾事後比較及皮爾森積差相關進行分析，結果發現：一、在休閒參與方面，參與頻率依序為閒逸娛樂類、藝術文化類、體育運動類、戶外活動類、知識類、社交類；在人際關係方面，認同度依序為合作度、和諧度、信賴度、情緒管理度。二、不同背景變項之高高屏國小教師在休閒參與上有達顯著差異的是，性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、教育程度及職務；在人際關係上有達顯著差異的是服務年資、教育程度及職務。三、高高屏國小教師休閒參與與人際關係有正向相關。 ; The purpose of the study was to investigate the state of the leisure participation and the interpersonal relationships of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung and Pingtung area the differences of different background variables in the leisure participation and the interpersonal relationships It was to explore the relationship between the leisure participation and the interpersonal relationships The study adopted the survey method and proceeded to collect the research data by using the questionnaires of “Elementary School Teacher’s The Leisure Participation and The Interpersonal Relationships ” The questionnaire is sent out to 820 teachers 772 teachers fill it out among which 762 or 93% are valid The data is analyzed through SPSS for Window 12 0 Descriptive statistics t-test one-way ANOVA Scheffe method and Pearson correlations were used to analysis the collected data The results of this study are as follows: 1 The leisure participation that the teachers are willing to take in by different degree of interest are entertainment type artistic type sport type outdoor activity type knowledge type and social type The interpersonal relationships that the teachers are willing to take in by different degree of agreement are cooperation type harmony type reliable type and emotional type 2 The factors of gender age martial status tenure of teaching the level of education and job function have distinct influence on elementary school teachers’ participation in the leisure participation The factors of tenure of teaching the level of education and job function have distinct influence on elementary school teachers’ participation in the interpersonal relationships 3 The participation of the elementary school teachers in the leisure participation has positive relationship with the interpersonal relationships
