Baimayu shizheng fanchou ji qi yu Zangyu fangyan de bijiao (Evidentials in Baima and Tibetan dialects compared)
In: Minzu yuwen [Minority languages of China] ; https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-00162097 ; Minzu yuwen [Minority languages of China], 2008, 3, pp.36-43 (2008)
Abstract: International audience ; Baima is a Tibetic language spoken at the border of Sichuan and Gansu provinces. Its exact genetic position among groups and subgroups of Tibetan dialects (or Tibetic languages) spoken in China is subject of ongoing debate. Phonological and lexical comparisons have so far been unable to resolve this issue. I propose to advance this discussion by introducing a grammatical angle to the debate—an analysis of evidentials in Baima as compared to evidential systems of the neighboring Amdo and Kham Tibetan dialects. The observed phenomena are used to explore possible common innovations between Baima and the two Tibetan dialect groups. Overall, I argue that common innovations are the only reliable foundation for ascertaining the genetic position of Baima. ; 白马语(白马话,白马藏语)是四川省与甘肃省接壤地带白马藏族所使用的语言。由于在语音和词汇方面白马语同时具有藏语三大方言的一些特点,所以难以确定其在藏语方言群中的归属地位。本文提出采用历史语言学共同创新演变的原则处理这一问题,并以白马语的一个语法现象(示证范畴)作为个案研究,试图分析白马语分别与安多方言和康方言之间的相似性。
