Distinct spatiotemporal patterns of neuronal functional connectivity in primary progressive aphasia variants
Abstract: Semantic, nonfluent/agrammatic and logopenic variants of primary progressive aphasia (PPA) show differing involvement of language networks. In a large cohort of patients, Ranasinghe et al. leverage the temporal and spatial resolution of magnetoencephalographic imaging to identify specific electrophysiological signatures of network dysfunction in each PPA variant.
