Abstract: To strengthen the Alliance through connecting forces, by the end of 2014, the NCI Agency Team will do the following: (1) Optimize NATO mission success and be recognized as the trusted enabler of information superiority and enterprise excellence; (2) Use best practices to develop, deliver, connect, and protect capabilities in partnership with other NATO entities, nations, and industry; and (3) Earn customers' confidence through agility, innovation, and by delivering coherent and cost-effective solutions. ; Presented at the 18th International Command and Control Research and Technology Symposium (ICCRTS) C2 in Underdeveloped, Degraded and Denied Operational Environments held in Alexandria, VA, on 19-21 June 2013.
