Sie führen zu Problemen in der verbalen Kommunikation und haben häufig enorme psychosoziale Folgen. Rund 80 % der Aphasien entstehen durch einen Schlaganfall. Sprachtherapie kommt in der Behandlung von Aphasien mit dem Ziel der Wiederherstellung, Besserung und dem Erhalt der sprachlichen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten zur Anwendung. Forschungsfragen: Vorliegender Bericht geht der Frage der Wirksamkeit von Sprachtherapie durch ausgebildete Fachkräfte (Logopäden/Sprachtherapeuten) – sowie der Wirksamkeit von Sprachtherapien in Kombination mit angeleiteten Laienhelfern oder computergestützten Verfahren – in der postakuten Phase einer Aphasie (sechs Wochen bis zwölf Monate nach einem Schlaganfall) auf die funktionelle sprachliche Kompetenz, die sprachlichen Funktionen sowie die Lebensqualität nach. ...
