Abstract: This combined eye-tracking and EEG project is conceived to study the auditory orienting of attention while reading educational texts in the L1 as compared to the L2. To this aim, we will recruit adolescents who will read in their L1 and their L2 while listening to a task-irrelevant auditory oddball paradigm.
