Trotz der sprachlichen Vielfalt in den Klassenzimmern sowie der so genannten multilingualen Wende in der Forschung ist die Förderung sprachlicher Kompetenzen im Unterricht noch weitgehend auf die monolinguale Perspektive der Mehrheitssprache Deutsch ausgerichtet. So bleibt ein enormes mehrsprachiges Potenzial unberücksichtigt. Für die Lehrkräfte, die hierbei eine Schlüsselrolle spielen, ist dies vor allem auf die einsprachige Orientierung in der Lehreraus- und -weiterbildung zurückzuführen. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, eine Zusammenstellung und Systematisierung von mehrsprachigen Lehransätzen als Gegenstand der universitären Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften vorzunehmen. Dafür werden erprobte Beispiele aus Lehrveranstaltungen der Universität zu Köln verwendet. Insbesondere wird dabei das hochschuldidaktische Kernelement des Selbsterfahrens und des Perspektivwechsels der Lehrkräfte in den Seminaren als Schlüssel für die spätere Umsetzung im eigenen Unterricht herausgearbeitet. ; For a long time, the high relevance of language skills for successful participation in education in Germany has been overlooked, but now these aspects are gaining more and more importance in research, in the professionalization of teachers and in teaching practice. Despite the linguistic diversity in classrooms and the so-called multilingual turn in research, the promotion of linguistic competences in the classroom is still largely oriented towards the monolingual perspective of the majority language German. Thus, an enormous multilingual potential remains unconsidered. For teachers who play a key role in this this is mainly due to the monolingual orientation in teacher training and further education. The aim of this paper is to compile and systematize multilingual teaching approaches as an object of university professionalization of teachers. For this purpose, tested examples from courses at the University of Cologne will be used. In particular, the didactic core element of self-experience and the change of perspective of the teachers in the seminars will be developed as a key for the later implementation in their own teaching.
