Neologia Lexical em Uanhenga Xitu: Para a construção de um glossário de autor

Abstract:
A obra literária de Uanhenga Xitu contém várias unidades lexicais, muitas das quais formadas de processos de contacto entre duas línguas de origens diferentes (português, língua europeia e Kimbundu, língua africana). O objecto desta tese visa, por um lado, descrever as unidades lexicais neológicas presentes na produção literária de Uanhenga Xitu e, por outro lado, elaborar uma proposta de glossário de autor. Os dados analisados num corpus constituído por cerca de oito obras de Uanhenga Xitu, nomeadamente Mestre Tamoda (1974), Bola com feitiço (1974), Manana (1974), Vozes na sanzala (Kahitu) (1979), Os sobreviventes da máquina colonial depõem (1980), Os discursos do “Mestre Tamoda” (1984, O Ministro (1989) e Cultos especiais (1977), são ilustradores de como o léxico é, sem dúvida, matriz e espelho da cultura de um povo ou comunidade linguística: Uanhenga Xitu, com “a narrativa do gueto”, introduziu várias unidades lexicais na sua obra, de modo a dar maior expressividade ao discurso e a transmitir ideais particulares do mundo angolano. Entre as unidades lexicais estudadas e atestadas no corpus, algumas são kimbundismos (UL com origem na língua angolana Kimbundu), outras são de base portuguesa, às quais o autor acrescenta outros semas. Evidencia-se, assim, que os escritores, pelo seu trabalho e com algum critério, podem enriquecer o léxico de uma língua, apesar de muitos dos seus neologismos não saírem do mundo ficcional do autor para o mundo real. Os dados foram analisados com programas informáticos disponibilizados pela Linguística de Corpus, tal como é habitual, actualmente, nas ciências do léxico. Dessa forma, e para além de se proceder a uma descrição e análise semântico-lexical de neologismos na obra literária de Uanhenga Xitu, a presente tese poderá demonstrar que o vocabulário de uma língua natural é um inventário aberto e dinâmico. ; Uanhenga Xitu´s literary work contains several neological lexical units, many of which are formed by the interaction of two languages from different origins such as Portuguese, a European Language, and Kimbundu, an African one. The aim of this study is to describe the neological lexical units displayed on Uanhenga Xitu´s writings on the one side, and to develop an author dictionary proposal. The data analised in the Corpus of about eight literary works of Uanhenga Xitu namely Mestre Tamoda (1974), Bola com feitiço (1974), Manana (1974), Vozes na sanzala (Kahitu) (1979), Os sobreviventes da máquina colonial depõem (1980), Os discursos do “Mestre Tamoda” (1984, O Ministro (1989) e Cultos especiais (1977), are true ilustrators that lexicon certainly is the matrix and mirror of people´s culture or a linguistic community: Uanhenga Xitu with the “ghetto´s narrative” introduced various neological lexical units on his work in order to emphasize the expressiveness of his discourse and convey the particularities and the ideals of the Angolan world. Amongst the studied neological lexical units in the corpus, some are kimbundismo (a lexical unit derived from the Angolan National Language Kimbundu), others are from a Portuguese foundation to which the author adds other meanings. It is seen then that writers through their writing and using some criteria can enrich the lexicon of a language albeit many of the authors ‘neologism are not making it from fictional to the real world. The data was analyzed based on computer applications available by the linguistic in corpus as it is the norm in the lexical sciences. With that being said, besides providing a description and an analysis of the semantic lexical neologism of Uanhenga Xitu´s literary work, the present work will demonstrate that the vocabulary of “natural language” is an open and dynamic inventory (repertoire).
