Uso de preferencias lingüísticas comparativas en toma de decisiones bajo incertidumbre

Abstract:
[ES]Esta tesis se centra en mejorar la flexibilidad de la elicitación de información lingüística en problemas de toma de decisión bajo incertidumbre. En primer lugar presenta un nuevo modelo de representación de información lingüística llamado Conjuntos de Términos Lingüísticos Difusos Dudosos (CTLDD), que permite a los expertos expresar sus preferencias con más de un término lingüístico mediante expresiones lingüísticas comparativas, en aquellas situaciones de decisión dudosas donde el uso de un único término lingüístico no es adecuado para representar la duda del experto. Además define un modelo lingüístico computacional para operar con CTLDD. A continuación propone modelos de toma de decisiones en grupo, toma de decisiones multicriterio y toma de decisiones multiexperto multicriterio donde los expertos pueden expresar sus preferencias mediante términos lingüísticos simples o expresiones lingüísticas comparativas. Finalmente muestra un módulo implementado en un Sistema de Apoyo a la Decisión para manejar situaciones dudosas en contextos lingüísticos ; [EN] This thesis focuses on improving the flexibility of the elicitation of the linguistic information in decision making problems under uncertainty. Firstly, it presents a new representation model of linguistic information entitled Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets (HFLTS), which allows experts to express their preferences with more than one linguistic term by comparative linguistic expressions, in hesitant decision situations where the use of just one linguistic term is not suitable to represent the hesitant of the experto In addition, it defines a computational linguistic model to compute with HFLTS. Afterwards, it proposes models of group decision making, multicriteria decision making and multiexpert multicriteria decision making, where experts can provide their preferences by using single linguistic terms or comparative linguistic expressions.
