Abstract:
We do not translate words or isolated sentences, we translate texts. Just as translators and interpreters wrestle in their professional practice with authentic oral and written or multimedia texts in their respective working languages, texts in German B (1st foreign and working language for translators) will be the epicenter of teaching and language learning. This means that even more than in previous language teaching - in which the emphasis was mostly on word and syntax forms, sounds, word and sentence accentuation, their meanings and rules - oral, written or multimedia German text forms, their purpose and rules will now be the primary subject, with the grammar of German texts at the focus ; Como traductores, no traducimos palabras o frases aisladas, traducimos textos. Así como los traductores e intérpretes luchan en su práctica profesional con auténticos textos orales y escritos o textos multimedia en sus respectivas lenguas de trabajo, los textos en Alemán B (primera lengua extranjera y de trabajo para traductores) serán el centro de la enseñanza y del aprendizaje de idiomas. Esto significa que, incluso más que en la enseñanza anterior de idiomas -en la que se hacía hincapié sobre todo en la morfología de las palabras y en la sintaxis, los sonidos, la acentuación de las palabras y las oraciones, sus significados y reglas- ahora las formas orales, escritas o multimedia de los textos alemanes, su finalidad y sus reglas y convenciones serán la asignatura principal, y la gramática de los textos alemanes ocupará el lugar central ; Man übersetzt nicht Wörter, nicht isolierte Sätze, wir übersetzen Texte. Ganz so, wie Übersetzer und Dolmetscher in ihrer Berufspraxis mit authentischen mündlichen und schriftlichen oder multimedialen Texten ihrer jeweiligen Arbeitssprachen ringen, werden im Fach Deutsch B (1. Fremd- und Arbeitssprache für Übersetzer) Texte das Zentrum des Unterrichts und des Sprachenlernens sein. Das bedeutet: Viel mehr noch als im bisherigen Sprachunterricht - in dem meist noch überwiegend Wort- und Syntaxformen, Laute, Wort- und Satzakzentuierungen sowie ihre Bedeutungen und Regeln im Vordergrund standen - werden nunmehr mündliche, schriftliche bzw. multimediale deutsche Textformen, ihr Zweck und ihre Regeln und Textkonventionen vordringliches Thema sein, die Grammatik deutscher Texte im Zentrum stehen
