Abstract:
Sendo o reflexo de quem o usa, como pode o desenho não deixar qualquer vestígio na sua passagem — ser Nada através da escrita? É esse o mote de um projecto maior que gira em torno de uma determinada concepção de desenho: um invisível. Ora o que aqui se desencadeia, é um diálogo de olhares que pretende ir de encontro a ele mesmo, ancorado na escrita. Já o modelo, toma a forma de ensaio plástico num formato expositivo. Para tal, convocam-se quatro trabalhos de autores e tempos distintos. A primeira camada pertence à artista Filipa Cruz. A segunda, ao artista Rubio. A terceira, à artista Andrea Brandão. A quarta, é a antevisão do desenho que pretendemos futuramente explorar. Já a quinta camada, é o desaguar na quase total incógnita daquele que está por vir. Em última instância, cria-se um pequeno exercício de curadoria editorial que confere uma outra potência a cada obra. Ao invés de isoladas, elas são articuladas através do texto, da linha e da mediação de paredes imaginárias, ou seja, das próprias páginas deste documento. Being the reflection of the one who performs it, how can drawing not leave any trace behind along its way — be Nothing through writing? That is the motto of a broader project revolving a particular conception of drawing: an invisible one. Now what is triggered here, is a dialogue of eyes that intends to meet it, anchored in writing. The model, on the other hand, gains the shape of a visual essay in an exhibition format. For this purpose, four works of art of distinct authors and times are assembled. The first layer, belongs to the artist Filipa Cruz. The second, to the artist Rubio. The third one, to the artist Andrea Brandão. The fourth is the glimpse of the drawing we want to later explore. The fifth layer is the arrival to the almost unknown of the one that is to come. Ultimately, what is created is a small curatorial exercise that gives another potency to each work. Instead of isolated, they are articulated through the text, line and the mediation of these invisible walls, that is, of the very own pages of this document. ; publishersversion ; published
