Abstract: Статья посвящена вопросу онлайн-обучения и взаимодействия со студентами в дистанционном формате. Автор останавливается на сложностях, возникающих в преподавании дисциплины «Иностранный язык» в рамках дистанционного обучения, и предлагает возможные пути их преодоления. Особое внимание уделяется понятию «рефлексия» в педагогике, дается ряд определений этого понятия. Основная часть работы посвящена рефлексивному обучению студентов и его особенностям в онлайн-формате. Автор рассматривает преимущества данного подхода и подробно анализирует особенности его применения на занятиях по иностранному языку в связи с необходимостью формирования межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции. В статье приводится пример применения рефлексивной практики со студентами в рамках дистанционного обучения во время самоизоляции. Подробно описываются этапы работы, делаются выводы о положительных и отрицательных результатах применения технологии. ... : The article deals with a problem of teaching communication skills to students in on-line class during the period of pandemic. The author starts by giving a brief outline of the situation with on-line learning and teaching before the pandemic and during it. Some difficulties in interaction with the students are touched on. Reflection as a pedagogical phenomenon is considered and defined from the point of view of several scientists. In this connection, types of feedback are also mentioned and described in detail. The author points at the importance of developing skills of reflection in students while teaching them foreign languages. Reflection is regarded as a basic element of teaching communication. It stimulates students’ critical thinking and makes them more responsible both for their own studies and work and those of their team.
