Modos de interação digital
Abstract: Sob a perspectiva da Linguística Textual, esta tese tem o objetivo de reconsiderar a noção de interação para esta linha investigativa, tendo em vista os diversificados modos de interagir em contexto digital. Para isso, realizamos uma pesquisa bibliográfica em torno da noção de interação, retomando discussões empreendidas nas Ciências da Linguagem (KERBRATORECCHIONI, 1990, 1992, 2005; , VION, 1992, MARCUSCHI, 2010; KOCH, 2015); na Sociologia (GOFFMAN, 1973, 1974, 2002, 2011) e nas Ciências da Comunicação (JENSEN, 1998; KIOUSIS, 2002), com o objetivo de traçar pontos de aproximação e de distanciamento entre a concepção dos autores e a proposta que fazemos para a compreensão desse fenômeno sob uma perspectiva linguístico-textual. Assumindo, com os estudos mais recentes nesta área, um posicionamento pós-dualista (PAVEAU, 2017), propomos que a interação constitua um processo de o-construção de sentidos entre interlocutores humanos e/ou não humanos, sempre encenado, e que acontece de modos distintos em função de um conjunto de aspectos linguageiros: a mídia, o suporte, a interatividade (e seus níveis – controle do conteúdo, caráter dialogal e sincronicidade) e os sistemas semióticos (oral, escrito, imagético, gestual e sonoro). Nossa análise buscou evidenciar como esses fatores podem interferir nas interações em textos digitais nativos. Esta pesquisa lança relevantes questionamentos sobre como a construção da coerência deve considerar essa confluência de aspectos interacionais, o que pode refletir na investigação de diversos critérios de análise textual, como a relação entre gêneros, a referenciação e a intertextualidade. O propósito desta tese não é descrever tais critérios analíticos, mas apenas refletir sobre as consequências que um olhar interacional mais amplo sobre o contexto digital impõe e demonstrar que a consideração da interação é condição fundamental para a própria definição de texto sustentada pela Linguística Textual desenvolvida no Brasil. ; From the perspective of Textual Linguistics, this thesis aims to reconsider the notion of interaction for this investigative line, in view of the diversified ways of interacting in digital context. To do so, we conducted a bibliographic research around the notion of interaction, resuming discussions undertaken in Language Sciences (KERBRAT-ORECCHIONI, 1990, 1992, 2005; , VION, 1992, MARCUSCHI, 2010; KOCH, 2015); in Sociology (GOFFMAN, 1973, 1974, 2002, 2011) and in Communication Sciences (JENSEN, 1998; KIOUSIS, 2002), aiming to trace points of closeness and distance between the authors' conception and our proposal for the understanding of this phenomenon from a linguistic-textual perspective. Assuming, with the most recent studies in this area, a post-dualist position (PAVEAU, 2017), we propose that interaction constitutes a process of o-construction of meanings between human and/or non-human interlocutors, always staged, and that it happens in different ways according to a set of linguistic aspects: the media, the support, the interactivity (and its levels - content control, dialogical character and synchronicity) and the semiotic systems (oral, written, imagery, gesture and sound). Our analysis sought to highlight how these factors can interfere with interactions in native digital texts. This research raises relevant questions about how the construction of coherence should consider this confluence of interactional aspects, which may reflect in the investigation of several criteria of textual analysis, such as the relationship between genres, referencing and intertextuality. The purpose of this thesis is not to describe such analytical criteria, but only to reflect on the consequences that a broader interactional look at the digital context imposes and to demonstrate that the consideration of interaction is a fundamental condition for the very definition of text supported by Textual Linguistics developed in Brazil. ; Apoio financeiro da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes)
