Abstract: Вокальное искусство – это искусство сочетания музыки и языка. Песни создаются на основе языка, и художественная концепция, характеры, мысли и чувства в них также должны быть выражены с помощью языка. Язык – это основа пения, пение – это сублимация языка, и положение языка в вокальной музыке самоочевидно. Вопрос о тонах в китайском языке имеет огромное значение: тон в китайском языке является фонематическим, так что изменение высоты тона (или контура тона) слова может резко изменить его значение. Китайские художественные песни – один из ярких примеров трансформаций, происходящих в китайском языке на протяжении XX в., поскольку в них, как в зеркале, отражаются не только региональные трансформации, связанные с диалектными особенностями, но и стороннее западное влияние композиторских практик. Целью данной статьи является изучение тональных различий между кантонским и мандаринским диалектом в китайском языке.
