El trabajo que presentamos pretende contribuir a la mejora de las estrategias de comunicación de los actores sociales. Para ello, desarrollaremos un análisis teórico y aplicado de las estrategias lingüísticas y comunicativas definitorias de la argumentación, que haga posible el diseño y desarrollo de una herramienta informática, OpinionText TIP, con la que el usuario pueda llevar a cabo un análisis de su propia producción argumentativa basándose en parámetros objetivables y mensurables, de modo que aumenten las posibilidades de que su texto logre la adhesión de sus lectores. ; Sometimes, speakers who participate actively in the political and social written debate that takes place on the web produce a failed communicative act, by prioritising their desire to express themselves and paying scant regard to the linguistic and discourse parameters that make these exchanges effective. Our paper aims to help improving social actors’ communication strategies. To this end, our theoretical and applied research will look at those linguistic and communicative strategies that define argumentative discourse. We will look at those parameters that principally determine the argumentative texts compiled. Once the linguistic research has been completed, the ensuing results will let us design and develop a computer tool, OpinionText TIP, to enable users to carry out an analysis of their own opinion texts based on objectifiable and measurable parameters, thereby increasing the chances for a text to convince its readers.
