Abstract:
Ortalama söz temposundan daha uzun sürede boğumlanan ünlülere uzun ünlü denir. Uzun ünlüler oluşma biçimleri bakımından birincil (aslî) ve ikincil uzun ünlüler olmak üzere ikiye ayrılır. Birincil uzun ünlüler, bilinen ilk örnekleri uzun olan ünlülerdir. İkincil uzun ünlüler ise çeşitli ses olayları sonucunda ortaya çıkmış ünlülerdir. Her dilde bulunabilen ikincil uzun ünlülerin yanı sıra, birincil uzun ünlülerin Türkçede bulunduğu XIX. yüzyıldan itibaren birçok Türkolog tarafından dile getirilmiştir. İlk başlarda Yakutça; sonraları tarihî lehçelerde, Türkmence, Halaçça ve diğer Türk lehçelerinde uzun ünlülerin veya izlerinin bulunması bu konudaki çalışmaların sayısını artırmıştır. Ölçünlü diller esas alınarak yapılan bu ilk çalışmalarda uzun ünlerin az sayıda Türk lehçesinde bulunduğu, Türkiye Türkçesi dâhil olmak üzere birçok lehçede kısaldığı düşünülmüştür.Son zamanlarda Türkiye Türkçesi ağızları üzerinde yapılan çalışmalar, Türkiye Türkçesinde tamamen kısalan bazı uzun ünlülerin ağızlarda muhafaza edildiğini ortaya koymuştur. Yaptığımız çalışma da bunu desteklemektedir. Nitekim Kemaliye ve yöresi ağızlarında yaptığımız derleme çalışmalarında 43 kelimede birincil uzun ünlü tespit ettik. Bu tespitin, Türkiye Türkçesi ağızlarındaki birincil uzun ünlülerin varlığı açısından önemli olduğu kanaatindeyiz.Çalışmamız, yörede tespit edilen bu kelimeleri Ana Türkçeden başlayarak tarihî ve çağdaş lehçelerdeki karşılıklarıyla vermeyi, böylelikle de Türkmen Türkçesi dışındaki Oğuz Türkçesi lehçelerinde de birincil uzun ünlülerin mevcut olduğunu göstermeyi amaçlamıştır. Long vowels are the ones that are articulated in a longer time than an average word time. Long vowels are classified as primary (fundamental) and secondary long vowels in terms of their formation styles. Primary long vowels are those whose first known examples are long. Secondary long vowels, on the other hand, are those appeared as a result of various sound events. Besides secondary long vowels that can be observed in all languages, primary long vowels have been mentioned by many Turcologists as existing in Turkish since 19th century. The foundings of long vowels and their traces in Yakut Turkish firstly and then in historical dialects and other Turkish dialects such as Turkoman, Khalajand some others have increased the number of studies in this area. In those primary studies based on standard languages, it has been considered that long vowels exist in a small amount of Turkish dialects and they have been shortened in many dialects including Turkey Turkish.The recent studies on the accents of Turkey Turkish have exhibited that some of the long vowels totally shortened in Turkey Turkish have been sustained in the dialectics. This study also supports that idea. By the way, in the collection study on the dialectic of Kemaliye and its region, primary long vowel is observed in 43 words. We share the idea that this evaluation is significant in accordance with the existence of primary long vowels in the dialectics of Turkey Turkish.This study aims to give the words detected in the region in relation to their correspondents in historical and contemporary dialects since Main Turkish and by this way to mention the existence of primary long vowels in the dialectics of Oghuz Turkish except Turkoman Turkish.
