Abstract:
В работе представлен обзор современного состояния языковой ситуации в Республике Дагестан. Анализируются результаты социолингвистического исследования, проведенного с целью изучения современного функционального статуса русского и национальных языков в республике. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью мониторинга тенденций развития уникального языкового сообщества Дагестана. Функциональная нагрузка национальных языков Дагестана сокращается во всех сферах общения, даже в семейно-бытовой. Анализируются последствия принятия поправок о добровольности изучения родного языка. Отмечаются и положительные тенденции для национальных языков РД: языковой престиж в последнее время начал расти, отмечается рост языковой лояльности и заинтересованности молодежи в изучении родных языков. В заключение представлен обзор перспектив развития языковой ситуации в Дагестане. ... : The paper provides an overview of the current state of the language situation in the Republic of Dagestan. The article analyzes results of a sociolinguistic study carried out to reveal the modern functional status of the Russian and national languages in the republic. The relevance of the study is due to the need to monitor trends in the development of the unique linguistic community of Dagestan. The functional load of the national languages of Dagestan is decreasing in all spheres of communication, even in the family and everyday life. The consequences of the adoption of amendments on the voluntariness of learning the native language are analyzed. There are also positive trends for the national languages of the Republic of Dagestan – linguistic prestige has recently begun to grow and there is an increase in language loyalty and interest among young people in learning their native languages. In conclusion, an overview of the prospects for the development of the language situation in Dagestan is presented. ...
