Abstract: Treball Final de Màster Universitari en Psicologia General Sanitària. Codi: SBF018. Curs: 2017/2018 ; Dyslexia is present in many schools in Spain. Since then and until today, it continues to be an almost unknown topic in the context of classrooms and even in the families whose children suffer from it. This general lack of knowledge make s early detection necessary to work from the beginning of childhood difficult. Dyslexia affects different cognitive abilities in children, among them difficulties in phonological awareness, reading fluency, written comprehension, attention, memory and conc entration among others. Sometimes causing stress and self - esteem problems. This work on a girl of 9 years old with evolutionary dyslexia, the goal is to achieve the improvement of the affected capacities through an evaluation and treatment appropriate to t he specific characteristics of the child. The method used is an integrated multisensory treatment together with the cooperation of the health professional, the child's teacher and the parents. After the treatment, an improvement of the abilities of the gir l in general can be observed, proving the good functioning of the method used for th is case. ; La dislexia es un problema que está presente en muchas escuelas de España. Desde entonces y hasta hoy, continúa siendo un tema casi desconocido en el contexto de las aulas e incluso en las familias de cuyos hijos la padecen. Este desconocimiento gen eral dificulta una detección temprana necesaria para trabajar desde los inicios de la infancia. La dislexia afecta a distintas capacidades cognitivas en los niños, entre ella se encuentran las dificultades en conciencia fonológica, fluidez lectora, compren sión escrita, atención, memoria y concentración entre otras. Provocando en algunas ocasiones estrés y problemas de autoestima. Este trabajo es un estudio de caso de una niña de 9 años con dislexia evolutiva, el objetivo es conseguir la mejora de las capaci dades afectadas mediante una evaluación y tratamiento adecuado a las características específicas de la menor. El método utilizado es un tratamiento multisensorial integrado junto con la cooperación de la profesional sanitaria, la maestra de la menor y los padres. Tras el tratamiento, se puede observar una mejora de las capacidades de la niña en general, probando el buen funcionamiento del método utilizado para el caso.
