Skin and feminist cyberactivism. The reversal of the social stigma
Abstract: International audience ; Through the study of a corpus selected on french-speaking social networks since 2012 and still in progress (2021) and semi-structured interviews, this article question the representations of the feminist activist body online, more specifically focused on the skin and the tattoo body modification. After showing how the issues of power and reappropriation are in continuity of the history of the feminism. We will see which iconography of the militant skin is visible online, and how the tools of the web 2.0 structure the representations and enable to make community.
