ON TWO TYPES OF COMPOUND SENTENCES IN ENGLISH AND TAJIK

Abstract:
В статье анализируются ССП в английском и таджикском языках. Особое внимание уделено функционированию собственно сочинённых и соотносительно сложных предложений в английском языке и их сопоставлению в таджикском. Указывается, что первый тип сложного предложения характеризуется наличием отношения согласованности,противопоставленности выбора, обоснования и следствия между его предикативными группами. Подчёркивается, что эти типы отношений проявляются в зависимости от синтаксических отношений между компонентами каждой предикативной группы, а также под воздействием соответствующих союзов сопоставляемых языков. Автором исследуются также характерные признаки ССП второго типа сложного предложения. Делается вывод, что этот тип ССП состоит из двух предикативных групп и между ними имеется соотносительное отношение, т.е.каждая предикативная группа не может считаться полноценной ни в структурном,ни в содержательном планах, средства связи в таких предложениях носят прерывистый характер, то есть одна их часть располагается в первой, а вторая в другой части сложного предложения. ; The article deals with the analysis in regard to compound sentences in English and Tajik languages. The author of the article paid his own particular attention to the functioning of proper compound and correlative compound sentences in English in the aspect of their correlation with Tajik. It is indicated that the first type of compound sentence is characterized with the presence of following relations between predicative groups: agreement, contrast, choice, substantiation and consequence. An emphasis is laid upon the assertion that such relations are evinced respective of syntactical ratio between the components of each predicative group under the sway of corresponding conjunctions of the correlative languages as well.Into the bargain, the author canvasses the characteristic properties of compound sentences beset with the second type of compound complex one. The author of the article makes an inference that the relevant type of the former consists of two simple sentences as well, but as for the relation between predicative groups it is correlative. Here each predicative component can’t be considered as being of full value either from structural or semantic aspects. Means of connecting simple sentences being parts of compound ones bear a discontinuous character, id est, one of their components is placed in the first part of the compound sentence and the second one in another part of it.
