Selbstermächtigender Unterricht im Kontext von DaF/Z
|

Abstract:
Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage nach selbstermächtigendem Unterricht im Kontext von DaF/Z. Ziel ist zu zeigen, was selbstermächtigender Unterricht bezogen auf Inhalte, Methoden, das Verhältnis Lehrende und Lernende und die eigene Haltung bzw. das eigene Selbstverständnis der Lehrperson bedeutet. Den theoretischen Rahmen bilden postkoloniale, feministische und migrationspädagogische Ansätze. Besondere Relevanz haben die Arbeiten von Paulo Freire und bell hooks, die Selbstermächtigung im Bildungskontext thematisierten. Zur Untersuchung der Frage wurden vier Expert_innen-Interviews mit Lehrenden, die eine herrschaftskritische Positionierung einnehmen, geführt. Die gewonnenen Daten wurden mittels der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse induktiv und deduktiv ausgewertet. Zentrale Merkmale selbstermächtigenden Unterrichts sind die kritische Selbstreflexion und Positionierung der Lehrperson in einem als politisch definierten Raum, der Fokus auf sprachliche Ermächtigung, der Einbezug politischer und gegenhegemonialer Inhalte sowie die Mitbestimmung der Lernenden und die Ermöglichung von Austausch. Ebenso müssen Rollenverteilungen und Zuschreibungen hinterfragt und die Lernenden als Wissende wahrgenommen werden. Es wird gezeigt, dass selbstermächtigender Unterricht auch unter den gegenwärtigen restriktiven politischen Rahmenbedingungen, die den Daf/Z-Kontext prägen, möglich ist.
