Abstract:
受多元文化主義思潮影響的臺灣社會,從政府打壓方言的政策到教育部將本土語言列入正式課程實施,弱勢族群的文化逐漸被重視,後有行政院原住民委員會、行政院客家委員會成立,進行族群文化、語言的復振。其中,以客家委員會推動客語復振最為積極,各級公私立國中、國小、幼兒園,皆可向客家委員會申請經費成為客語生活學校,營造學童學習客語的環境,以利客語的傳承。成為客語生活學校後,學校行政會規劃各項客語相關文藝競賽、活動,顯示推動成果,在此過程中非客家籍教師的參與引發研究者關注。研究者以客語生活學校為研究場域,閩南籍女性教師為對象,探討閩南籍女性教師因婚姻關係而經歷了如何的語言適應歷程,並探討其在學校職場中語言適應歷程的轉變。 ; In Taiwan society, the policy of government’s dialect was affected by the trend of multiculturalism that had been included in the official curriculum implementation by the Ministry of Education. The disadvantaged ethnic culture is gradually being taken seriously. After the establishment of Commission of Indigenous Affairs, Council for Hakka Affairs, Executive Yuan, there has been a revival of ethnic culture and language. Among them, Hakka Affairs set Hakka revival into action of the most active. All or different levels of public and private junior high schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, can apply to the Board for funding to become Hakka language-living schools.That schools create an environment to children learning Hakka language. After becoming Hakka language-living school, the school administration will be related to the planning of the Hakka language arts competitions, events. In this process, the participation of non-Hakka teachers lead researcher’s attention.Hakka language-living school as the Field of Study, Minnan female teachers of Minnan as objects, researcher wanted to investigate how the Minnan female teachers to adapt the language in a marital relationship and workplace.
