Abstract:
В статье рассматривается Концепция единства светских и религиозных ценностей. В представленной Концепции раскрываются ее структурные компоненты: цель, разработка и внедрение этнокультурного содержания образования в систему подготовки социальных педагогов, этнокультурное образовательное пространство, способствующее сохранению и развитию культур народов Дагестана, а также обосновываются сущностные характеристики этнокультурных ценностей – светских и религиозных. Целью этнокультурного образования становится сохранение этнических констант центральной культурной темы этноса, развитие личности в условиях многоязычия и поликультурности как носителя этнокультурной традиции, как гражданина многонационального государства. Авторы делают вывод, что процесс формирования этнокультурной компетентности социальных педагогов предусматривает разработку модели этнокультурной подготовки, которая строится с учетом специфики регионального вуза. ... : The article examines the concept of the unity of secular and religious values. The presented concept reveals its structural components: the purpose, development and implementation of ethnocultural content of education in the system of training of social teachers, ethnocultural educational space, which contributes to the preservation and development of cultures of the peoples of Dagestan, as well as reveals the essential characteristics of ethnocultural secular and religious values. The task of ethnocultural education is to preserve the ethnic constants of the central cultural theme of the ethnic group, the development of personality in the conditions of multilingualism and multiculturalism as a carrier of ethnocultural tradition, as a citizen of a multinational state. The authors conclude that the process of forming the ethnocultural competence of social teachers involves the development of a model of ethnocultural training, which is based on the specifics of the regional university. ...
