Ce texte de psychologie clinique propose des premières pistes de réflexion dans ce sens, en examinant tour à tour trois dimensions essentielles de ce problème : topologique, à partir d’une brève étymologie du mot « acouphène » ; intersubjective, à l’aide d’études sur la description de l’expérience ; réflexive, avec une présentation clinique de paroles écoutées en psychothérapie d’orientation psychanalytique. ; Tinnitus is usually a topic for medical and neuroscientific research. To date, no study in semiotics brought to light the phatic dimension of this subjective experience, neither identified tinnitus as a pollution which thwarts the individual’s power to communicate with his surrounding environment. This article in clinical psychology suggests some thoughts toward such a study in semiotics, by considering in turn three basic dimensions of the problem: topological, with a brief etymology of the word tinnitus (acouphènes in French); intersubjective, by refering to American studies which report examples of individual description of this subjective experience; and reflexive, by giving voice to a patient with tinnitus encountered in psychoanalysis-inspired psychotherapy. ; Los acúfenos constituyen un objeto de investigación médica y neurocientífica, pero su estudio semiótico no ha permitido poner en evidencia la dimensión fática de esta experiencia, ni su carácter polutivo en la comunicación del individuo con su entorno. Este texto de psicología clínica presenta un primer esbozo de reflexión sobre el tema, gracias al estudio de tres dimensiones esenciales: topológica, a partir de una breve etimología de la palabra acúfeno; intersubjetiva, basada en estudios que describen la experiencia; reflexiva, con una presentación clínica de palabras escuchadas en psicoterapia de orientación psicoanalítica.
