Abstract:
L’assignatura Intervenció Logopèdica en els Trastorns del Llenguatge d’Etiologia Central és una assignatura adscrita al Departament de Psicologia Bàsica, pertanyent a la Facultat de Psicologia i Logopèdia de la Universitat de València. És una assignatura de caràcter obligatori i semestral que consta de 9 crèdits (ECTS), equivalents a 225 hores de treball de l’alumne. S’imparteix en el primer quadrimestre del tercer curs del Grau en Logopèdia. L’assignatura es distribueix en 3 blocs ben diferenciats. El primer, bloc 1, és un bloc introductori a la matèria i el seu objectiu és que els estudiants coneguen els fonaments neurològics i els mecanismes de la rehabilitació en els trastorns del llenguatge d’etiologia central, els diferents dissenys i tipus de rehabilitació, així com les variables més importants que influeixen en els processos de recuperació del llenguatge. El segon bloc, bloc 2, se centra en la rehabilitació semiològica del llenguatge oral en els pacients amb trastorns del llenguatge d’etiologia central, revisant els diferents mètodes, tècniques i recursos per a dissenyar la rehabilitació de la comunicació oral, tant en el seu vessant comprensiu com expressiu, posant especial interès en la rehabilitació de la comunicació i els aspectes pragmàtics, així com en les tècniques específiques en el tractament de l’afàsia global. El tercer bloc, bloc 3, se centra en la rehabilitació de la lectoescriptura en els trastorns del llenguatge d’etiologia central, així com en la rehabilitació dels trastorns associats més comuns: trastorns sensorials, d’atenció, percepció, memòria, planificació i funció executiva. L’estudi de l’assignatura comparteix tècniques d’avaluació, diagnòstic i rehabilitació dels trastorns del llenguatge i trastorns associats, utilitzades en neurologia, psicologia, neuropsicologia i neurolingüística. Els coneixements que aquesta disciplina proporciona tenen importants aplicacions clíniques especialment en el camp de les afàsies i en els trastorns associats; educatives, ja que les metodologies i tècniques utilitzades també són útils i aplicables a subjectes amb trastorns de la comunicació en general; i socials, ja que ajuden els familiars dels pacients a entendre els trastorns de comunicació integrant-los en el procés de rehabilitació. ; The subject Speech Therapy Intervention in Language Disorders of Central Aetiology is a subject attached to the Department of Basic Psychology, belonging to the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy at the University of Valencia. It is a compulsory and semester subject that consists of 9 credits (ECTS), equivalent to 225 hours of student work. It is taught in the first term of the third year of the Degree in Speech Therapy. The subject is divided into 3 distinct blocks. The first, block 1, is an introductory block to the subject and its objective is for students to learn the neurological foundations and mechanisms of rehabilitation in language disorders of central aetiology, the different designs and types of rehabilitation, as well as the most important variables that influence the processes of language recovery. The second block, block 2, focuses on the semiological rehabilitation of oral language in patients with language disorders of central aetiology, reviewing the different methods, techniques and resources for designing the rehabilitation of oral communication, both in its comprehensive and expressive aspects, with special interest in the rehabilitation of communication and pragmatic aspects, as well as specific techniques in the treatment of global aphasia. The third block, block 3, focuses on the rehabilitation of reading and writing in language disorders of central aetiology, as well as on the rehabilitation of the most common associated disorders: sensory disorders, attention, perception, memory, planning and executive function. The study of the subject shares techniques of assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation of language disorders and associated disorders, used in neurology, psychology, neuropsychology and neurolinguistics. The knowledge provided by this discipline has important clinical applications, especially in the field of aphasia and associated disorders; educational, as the methodologies and techniques used are also useful and applicable to subjects with communication disorders in general; and social, as they help patients' families to understand communication disorders by integrating them into the rehabilitation process.
