Abstract:
Η νόσος του Πάρκινσον (PD) είναι μια προοδευτική εκφυλιστική διαταραχή που επηρεάζει τη λειτουργικότητα των νευρικών κυττάρων στον εγκέφαλο και στο περιφερικό νευρικό σύστημα προκαλώντας σταδιακά την αδράνειά τους λόγω βιοχημικών αλλαγών στην περιοχή του εγκεφάλου. Αυτές οι τροποποιήσεις επηρεάζουν τους νευροδιαβιβαστές, και ως αποτέλεσμα, τα σήματα φτάνουν στον προορισμό τους αλλοιωμένα. Κατά συνέπεια, αυτή η κατάσταση μπορεί να προκαλέσει προοδευτική γνωστική εξασθένηση και εξασθένηση των μυών. Ως αποτέλεσμα, μια σειρά από διάφορα συμπτώματα που περιλαμβάνουν τόσο κινητικά όσο και μη κινητικά συμπτώματα επιδεινώνουν την κατάσταση της ζωής των ασθενών. Βασικό σύμπτωμα της διαταραχής είναι ο τρόμος που επηρεάζει είτε το ένα είτε και τα δύο χέρια, η δυσκαμψία και η βραδύτητα της κίνησης, η γνωστική έκπτωση και οι βλάβες στη λειτουργικότητα των φωνητικών χορδών. Η διαγνωστική διαδικασία συνίσταται στην ανίχνευση κλινικών σημείων και παθολογικών ευρημάτων που παρέχονται από την ιατρική απεικόνιση του εγκεφάλου. ... : Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive degenerative disorder that affects the functionality of nerve cells in the brain and peripheral nervous system by gradually causing their idleness due to biochemical changes in the area of the brain. These modifications affect the neurotransmitters, and as a result, the signals arrive at their destination altered. As a result, a series of various symptoms that include both motor and non-motor symptoms deteriorates the life condition of patients. A basic symptom of the disorder is tremor that affects either one or both hands, stiffness and slowness of movement, cognitive decline, and impairments in the functionality of vocal cords. The diagnostic procedure consists of the detection of clinical signs and pathological findings provided by medical imaging of the brain. However, Parkinson's disease symptoms have similarities compared to those of a wide range of other diseases.
