Abstract:
Введение. Статья посвящена оценке существующего уровня развития информационно-консультационной системы в агропромышленном комплексе в методологическом аспекте. Актуальность освещения методических вопросов обусловлена современным уровнем развития информационно-консультационных служб в регионах, стремительностью и масштабностью расширения интернет-пространства, имеющимся отечественным опытом внедрения инноваций, потребностью в реализации государственной политики в сфере АПК. Материалы и методы. Рассматриваются различные типы информационно-консультационной деятельности в сельском хозяйстве, анализируются задачи, цели, принципы функционирования ИКС в АПК. При написании работы использованы труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых. Изложение работы произведено универсальными научными методами (в том числе формально-логическим, системно-структурным, структурно-функциональным) и методами познания экономических процессов и явлений (моделированием, сравнением, графических изображений).
